Our surface spraying production line process

First, the front of the spray booth is a water curtain plate, and there is an overflow groove on the water curtain plate. During the construction, the workpieces are sent to the spray booth by the hanging conveyor chain. When the operator uses a hand-held electrostatic spray gun or a fixed rotary cup spray gun to spray the workpiece, the scattered spray mist is attracted by the airflow and enters the spray booth. First, it meets the water curtain plate and is washed into the water tank. The remaining spray mist is completely intercepted in the water after being purified by the multi-stage water curtain spray.
After removing the paint mist, the airflow is passed through the gas water separation device to remove the odor, and the purified gas is finally discharged to the outside. The paint mist captured by the water curtain flows into the water tank with the water flow. After being pumped and filtered by the water pump, the paint residue floats on the water’s surface. Under the action of the paint coagulant added into the water tank, it agglomerates into loose lumps, which can be scooped out by the container for centralized treatment to keep the water clean. Through the action of a water curtain spray booth and auxiliary equipment, the purpose of painting and mist purification can be achieved. In terms of electrical explosion-proof (fire), there are also many deficiencies, such as the electrical explosion-proof (fire) level does not meet the requirements of national mandatory standards, and the explosion-proof (fire) facilities are not fully configured. Since these problems generally do not affect the spraying quality of workpieces, they are often ignored or reduced in consideration of cost. Therefore, relevant departments’ supervision and mandatory requirements are required to promote them to eliminate hidden safety hazards, improve operators’ working environment, and make the exhaust gas (water) meet the standard. The rapid development of environmental protection coatings has played a positive role in reducing the environmental pollution.

Causes of chain wear

1： The hinge will be worn if the use environment is terrible or the lubrication and sealing are poor. Once the chain hinge is worn, the chain link will become longer, and it is easy to cause tooth skipping or chain detachment during operation, reducing the chain’s service life and accelerating the chain’s failure. The solution is naturally a good user environment. If the environment cannot be changed, it can be solved through maintenance.
2： The wear of the industrial conveyor chain makes the chain ineffective. The main reasons are the industrial conveyor chain’s poor material and the workers’ improper operation. The parts of the chain prone to wear are the sprocket and the pin shaft. The wear of these 2 parts is mainly due to insufficient lubrication. Therefore, to avoid this phenomenon, operators should regularly check the lubrication effect, add lubricating oil in time, check whether there is an abrasive in the lubricating oil, or change the lubrication method. After the sprocket is slightly worn, the sprocket can be installed reversely so that the side with less wear faces the chain.
