1.A connecting website link of an O-ring Chain for standard application is pre-coated with grease at the pins. Prior to connection, verify the grease over the surfaces of pins, and if your quantity of grease is compact, apply grease with bare hands. (If gloves are employed, the grease will likely be absorbed through the gloves.)

shipped, O-rings are fitted at the roots with the pins. Should the O-rings come loose resulting from vibration during transport, refit 
the O-rings in to the roots on the pins.
In this instance, make sure you return the grease collected at the roots from the pins towards the central surfaces with the pins, more at portion A than at portions B shown within the above illustration. (Portions A is worn as a consequence of sliding with all the bushings.)
2.The chain may be most conveniently connected within the teeth of the sprocket. Engage the hyperlinks at both ends from the chain with the sprocket teeth and fit connecting pins. When the sprocket is often moved, the chain may also be linked about the loosened side.
three. Connecting method
1.Confirm that O-rings are attached to the roots on the pins.
two.If your quantity of grease applied on the connecting pins is tiny, coat the pins with grease at the central portions.
3.Insert the connecting pins in to the bushings from the inner back links at both ends.
four.Verify that the grease is applied on the entire encounter from the O-ring, and match the O-ring onto the connecting pins.
